Nice chrome covered dog ear P-90s. I guess it will sound a lot like an Epiphone Riviera. The fretboard inlay is a lot like the Ibanez Artists and Artstars model numbers 120 and up. There is indeed an Eagle on the tailpiece, but it doesn't ring a bell to me. This: http://www.eagleguitars.com/about.php shows that there is indeed a link between Epiphone models and Eagle models. Produced in Inchon, so that's probably Cort, which would explain the fretboard inlays. Ginger |

Another and more logical possibility is Samick of course, which is also based in Inchon, lost the contract with Ibanez in the mid '90s, and remained the supplier of Epiphone guitars. So if you combine the leftover necks/fretboards with the Epi designs you get something like you showed us. So, the most logical manufacturer is Samick. Did you save a pic of the back of the headstock and does it say "Sy0mxxxx"? because we see the same serial number build-up on Epiphones, Arias, Ibanezes made by Samick. Ginger |

Guys, don't loose your hair for this I knew it is not Washburn and I could make same kind of guess - seen something that resembles and ... you know It could be one of many low-cost brands but looks somehow charming in my eyes. Juha |
