hi to all in the 84 ibanez catalog they tell of "recently developed super 58 jazz pickups" used on artists (and somewhere else too, i'd bet). anyone knows something about that?

Does it mean the Super 58 before '84 is different? |

That's a new one on me. Does anyone else have information about a 'Jazz' 58 pickup? Weren't the original Super 58's modeled after Gibson PAF's? The Jazz moniker could be marketing, but the posted ad makes it seem like a different model p'up. |

Only the AR1500 and AR1505 got the "Jazz" 58. Steve |
