While you're waiting for that eBay auction to close, check out this live video feed from an eagles nest in Vancouver Island, WA. http://www.infotecbusinesssystems.com/wildlife/ The mother has been less and less involved with the chicks, but it is still amazing to watch in such detail. Excellent for dual monitor situations (eBay auction on one side, eagle's nest on another). Cheers. |

How cool is that? Makes me want to go listen to Neal Shon's cd "Call of the Wild" again... |

Brent: This is pretty cool. The first time I logged in, momma eagle was ripping something apart and feeding it to the fledglings. A little grizzly, if you're a small rodent lover. I have 2 rabbits and a small bunny living in my backyard, this season. Last year we started with a least 7 or 8 bunnies. However, the redtail hawks have made a real comeback in this area over the last 5 years. So, I keep watching the sky expecting to see something sweep down on "my" animals. |

Whoa! That's pretty cool. Amazing video quality - not the usual choppy, compressed video we've become used to. |

I checked in yesterday and saw Momma and Papa eagle drop in. Momma brought some fish, but one chick seems to be very dominant and was getting all the food. I don't know much about bird of prey behavior, but I felt sorry for the one. I hope it isn't sick. |

Ya, the little one seems to get some viddles, but he is definitely the weaker of the two... I think I read that the smaller/weaker eaglette is a few days younger than the larger. I'm watching now, and they're both enjoying some breakfast. That's cool that you saw both the Mama and Papa... I've only seen one or the other (hard to tell who's who). |
