Had the pleasure of seeing Da WHO at the Garden last night and I must say for a bunch of old guys (Petes 61, Rodger is 62) they sure put on a rockin show...This is the 19th time 've seen the Who, but the first without Entwistle. Awesome show, top notch all the way... They had some sort of back up band (too much rap crap for me) but I swear the guitarist was playing a 2710 ! |

I saw them on Letterman the other night. Dave announces "The Who" and out walks Daltrey and Townshend with his Gibson accoustic. That was it! Disappointing... it was more like Simon & Garfunkel than The Who. From your pic, it looks like there was much more energy with the backup band. Too weird... the Nissan "Magic Bus" commercial just came on! btw, Dave... speaking of a 2710...??? |

His basic rig was the infamous red strat as seen in the picts, he also used a gold top strat and several different Gibson acoustics..Roger even sported a Tele at one point |
