How do i remove those stubborn vol. and tone knobs.Im ripping my fingernails out OUCH!Is there a special tool for the job, or can i use one of mommys old forks ?:P

I slide a pick or 2 (or 3) under the edge of the knob and rotate it slowly. Sometimes a stubborn one will need a stack of picks on both sides. Add a pick to one side, then the other to jack the knob off of the shaft.

I've also used popcicle sticks as levers. Whatever you use, work slowly and be ready to replace the control pot in extreme cases.
