This is for sale, auction. Seller says it is Shiro. Made in Japan by Matsumogu (spelling?) and has something to do with Arai (Aria?) ???? Juha |

Has nothing to deal with neither Ibanez, Hoshino or Fujigen, that's basically an EA650.. |

Who said it has something to do with Ibanez etc??? Anyway it is one of many Gipson replicas. After a better web search it looks like twin of Matsumoku's Aria EA-650. http://www.matsumoku.org/models/ariaproii/catalogs /1979b/79ap2b_pg4_page.jpg.html Does anybody know anything about quality and value? Ah, I thought you wanted to know that.. anyways, I think the quality is there. I had played a model which is basically the same guitar just with a regular cutway instead of sharp. I don't think it would compare with a 2355, but it's also a good instrument if you can get it for half the price of an Ibanez.. I think. |
