Bill Fender from Legato guitars has a Benedetto for sale and to his surprise the item showed up on ebay (check item #855164692). You can see his sale on the website of Legatoguitars.com .

This seems like a fraud so I take this as a warning.
As there is to read in the ebay-auctionpage the 'seller'only accept cash or Western Union Money Transfer, better be aware when using these payment methodes.
Also always check feedback in seller profile.
