NAMM ...NEWS FLASH! Once upon a time IBANEZ COLLECTOR MARK MINARIK has started his own line of guitars! Some of you guys might remember Mark Minarik when he had his Paul Stanley (now at the Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas Neveda) and his Artwood Twin double neck Tree of Life. I believe Mark also had a tobacoo finished Randy Scruggs 2671. Mark is building some outstanding and eye catching guitars. Influenced by "IBANEZ" and "B.C. RICH" but with his own touch of uniqueness. The great guitar legend "DICK DALE" is endorsed by MINARIK GUITARS. Congradulations to MARK MINARIK! BLUES |

Mark's making some outrageous looking guitars! Anybody know what he did with his Ibanez guitars? I would love to get my hands on the dark Scruggs or even the brass beauty Artist. |

Very nice art-guitar. According to his site, the 'basic' HALO runs for around $5,700. So what might the gorgeous super-inlayed instrument in the photo cost? Did you play one of his instruments? |

Guitartim, Mark had people demoing his guitars on NAMM Sunday I was unable to make it to NAMM that day. Mark has also patented his own humbucking pickups. I have no info on the price of the above HALO guitar. I hope to meet with Mark in the near future and play a couple of his new guitars BLUES |

I met Mark at the show. He's very cool and love he has for Ibanez and the fans are very evident in his current designs. Here's a picture of the two of us with a double neck that is blindingly ornate. Mark points out that all his guitars are hand-carved, no CNC machines. BTW, all of Mark's Ibanez went to undisclosed "collectors". |
