Picked this up Friday on ShopGoodwill.com. It's a bolt-on and needs new tuners, a pickguard and a top to the rhythm/treble toggle switch. There also looks to be a little damage to the binding just below the volume/tone knobs. I've seen Global mentioned as a possible Hoshino or Fujigen related brand in other posts, so I was willing to gamble on this. It cost me under $200 (with another 40-something for shipping):
