Does anyone know any information about this SG Japanese Bass copy? The Bass has two maxon pickups with the number 24129. The neck plate has only "made in japan". http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k241/Cajo_007/DS C_0091.jpg?t=1187724770 http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k241/Cajo_007/DS C_0093.jpg?t=1187724814 http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k241/Cajo_007/DS C_0099.jpg?t=1187724855 http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k241/Cajo_007/DS C_0107.jpg?t=1187724892 http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k241/Cajo_007/DS C_0108.jpg?t=1187724922 Thanks |

Interesting logo. Let's rotate that headstock 90° counterclockwise and cut that logo out. Copy and paste... And then zoom in a little. Does this look familiar? Ginger |

Maxon (Maxxon) is a trademark of Nisshin Onpa Seisakusho, a factory that provided pickups for quite a lot of Japanese guitarmakers, also for Hoshino.. and made also pedals, eg. Tube Screamers.. I'd take a guess and say that bass in question is Conrad instead of Cimar.. fox |
