The Omega has some special 5 way tone circitry (where the pickup selector switch should be)that gives a full range of additional tones to this beast. The MK 45 "super magnaflux" pups have an unreal PAF tone.... The workmanship of these guitars is very nice and I think they sound pretty •••• good. I compared my Omega to my cousin's Les Pauls. He has a 70's Gibson Gold Top and an Ibanez Black Beauty (3 pickup). The Omega compares well at a fraction of the price.
