It looks very much like an Ibanez Burns replica.
It probably came from the same factory, which was not Ibanez, it was a supplier of Ibanez.

I love this type, especially because the Shadows played Burns for a while. They brought them to Japan when they toured there. So there was some demand created this way. Several Japanese trading companies were interested in buying and selling them.
What was a bit confusing: they had always been playing Fenders and when they came to Japan they had these white Burns guitars with a scroll on the headstock. The copies have Fender shaped headstocks, which is much more economical to make.

Hasy probably knows the exact model number and year of the Ibanez equivalent.
