"Howard" brand Archtop Electric?

He describes it as having a Les Paul shape, but hollow-body with F holes, two pickups, and the brand name "Howard" on the headstock. It's not a Howard Roberts Gibson. I've seen very little reference to Howard guitars online. I gather they are MIJ, '70's vintage, possibly related to Harmonies. Anyone with more information? It's definitely some sort of rebranded Teisco, judging by the headstock and the way the electronics are positioned. So it's not an Epiphone.
