Hi there. About 20 years ago I bought a Guitar, which looks exactly like the Ibanez Custom Agent 2405CW with same Inlays, Mandoline-Headstock, "glued" neck (no bolts), golden(used)Hardware, original Pickguard.... Logo reads "Antoria" and Serial-Nr. on the back is "L777841" similar Photo: http://www.mr-ibanez.com/product_1.htm ..but no logo on Humbuckers, "Antoria Custom" on Pickguard, golden Mechanics w. Star, Cherry Mahogany-body (pretty heavy) Can someone tell when this one was built and how much it would be worth (average condition, frets need to be replaced, some scratches, no original case..) thanks in advance |

Tha Antoria Guitars were distributed in England and are essentially the same guitar as the Ibanez counterpart, except-for some reason-the Ibanez branded guitars routinely bring higher prices at auction than the Antorias. The Burgandy color s the most desireable (Ibanez Burg Custom Agents have sold for $1500) so depending on condition, the Antoria version should bring in the $800-$1200 range I would think....(subtract $200 for refret) |

For some reason... I think we are the reason... I have no other rational explanation... We are doing this to ourselves... Ginger |

Ginger.... You are under the mistaken impression that there are still secrets in this game..... There aren't |

Citral Your guitar is a Dec 1977. Antoria CA's never had anything engraved on the pup covers so not an issue assuming they are original pickups. six |

Cooooool, thank you for the fast information! In this case, refretting-costs and some polishing seem to be worth it What reason/game are you talking about?...you won't find it in the next weeks on ebay or elsewhere for sale. There are two possibilities to give that one away: I'll swap it for an equivalent or I simply died a few days before.. |
