Hey gang, if you have questions for me my email address is.... camb62@optusnet.com.au I have had a few members lately saying that my email to you is bouncing back ? Don't know why as Johns has changed my email to contact me recently...so we will let bygones be bygones. In the words of Layton Hewitt...the great aussie tennis player...C'mon...form the duck looking at you with your guitar playing hand...ask away...that's what I'm here for ! Cappy |

JohnS - Now that's really interesting... If I mouseover Cap's handle in his first posting on this thread, his old e-mail address displays in the status bar. If I mouseover Cap's handle in his second posting on this thread, his new e-mail address is displayed. Why wouldn't his current e-mail address be displayed in all cases? How odd... - Pete |

Not odd. Discussion threads are built out like text files, in many cases, so the older entries would be static after first posting. Then again, I don't know the exact software underlying this board's architecture, so I could be wrong. If the postings were dynamic, you could sort them. I'd love to be able to set a preference that would display the most recent additions to a posting FIRST, so I don't have to scroll down, or wait for all the old images to load. -Chuck |
