Hi Cap.,
i've just bought a very neat '85 Roadstar. 2L & 2 R headstock, Rosewood neck, bolt on, small body, natural finish, low z pickups (battery fed),3 pots: pan, master volume and tone, all black hardware. Nice clear sounding PU's, terrific action, as my 84 Roadstar II and my 81 Roadster.The bass is in excelent shape, the original stickers are even still on the PU covers. There's only the active mode, no battery switching off or PU tapping is possible. I'm curious about the used wood, the pick up types, the model number..
I've searched the catalog scans but could nowhere find this one. I know its a 85 from the serial.
Do you have an idea?
I wonder how long it takes before the 9V battery runs out..
