Todays victory was an offical fax from yours truly which has seen 12 of these rip offs removed today with more to follow tomorrow. At present I am only able to do Ebay Australia, but maybe some lobbying from across the pond will see less of this crap on the USA site and UK and Germany as well. I emailed the guy selling it and I explained the "legal" side of what he was doing, but the idiot was adiment that he HAD bought it brand new in a music shop in Melbourne. I emailed the picture of this chunk of crud over to Japan and they had a good laugh about it. Last week I have had over 60 something listing of fake Ibanez guitars removed from Ebay Australia.I am checking every day and then emailing my contact at Ebay to get them removed. Who knows how long the battle will last but I'll keep watching and removing for as long as it takes.
