Does anyone know the radius of the Jap-made necks? I posted this question on the semi's board, but no responders. |

Dave which model guitar are you after? Artcores are made in China. Let me know and I will be able to answer you Captain Ibanez |

The radius of all of the Artcore models I've seen was 305mm(12"), the same as the Pat Metheney guitars. The United series should have been the same unless Ibanez wanted to try something really different from standard. Only the JSM100 had a non-standard and very unique, compound radius. Here is the press release of those fine (but discontinued) Artcore United guitars: http://namm.harmony-central.com/WNAMM04/Content/Ibanez/PR/Artcore-United.html Here is a UK dealer's listing of all current Artcore models. All of them have the same 305mm radius. http://www.theibanezstore.com/oscommerce/index.php?cPath=122_21_26 Hope this helps. Tim |
