I can't find anything exactly like it in any of my photos or catalogs. Otherwise it has the same features. This one appears to have been built with only the volume control. Perhaps this another of the Captain's "spot production" items? I can only speak for myself, but I never "use" my tone knobs. They're always set at 10...
