The AF105 in our store is a great guitar. I'm not a fan of hollow bodies so I can't get too excited about it. Several customer have given the model very high marks with outstanding bang-for-the-buck comments. It falls short of the mark when compared to the Eastman guitars we have. However, it also costs $1200 less. As for the fret work, it's on par with everything else we see from China. If you want hand polished fret ends, do it yourself. Steve |

If yo think that a AF105NT Artcore Custom is a bodgey guitar or if you open a beer before the end of a Sermon....you might be a REDNECK. Ya Ol' Cappy paid his staff price for this before it is officially released in Australia, then stuff you and ...oh my frets are not finished properly....Get over it ...you clowns don't even have the nor wisdom to appreciate tomorrows guitar today. This is the finest Multi Style rock axe supplied today ...if ya not feeling it.....let me holla at ya player..get with the program... it does not have to come from Japan, to erupt your collective player juices ! I have to admit, it is a really nice looking box. Is that a 16" or a 17" bout? Looks full size to me (I can never understand why companies never publish this). If so, this would be the first full size box Ibanez has offered, aside from the GB200, since the late '70s. What is the street price? -Sven |

Sven, it's a Super 58 with the model embosed into the cover and it specifys which is the neck and the bridge pickup. I said what I said last night cause to be honest I have never read so much collective "nit picking" by people on such weak subjects in regards to a guitar....sure we are all entitled to our opinions, but I think its about time that people lightened up a little more. "Ban Anal People" This guitar out of the box in its Gray Case, cannot be faulted. Finish, construction, qaulity, set up from factory, street price here will be $1495.00. I have finally got my self a guitar that makes me enjoy playing again. The only change I have done to my AF105NT is change the strings to GHS Semi Faltwound 12's,now it sounds even better. I am waiting on Mr Spiro to bring his digi cam around here so I can put some shots of my guitar here...talk about a super superb Flame maple all over this guitar...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Captain Ibanez |

$699 sounds about right. I just checked Music123 and Musician's Friend, neither has it listed. Cap'n is right about the flame job on this critter. "Flamed to death" is an understatement! Steve |

Cap have you had a chance to play 'round with some of the lower models like the AFS77T. This is the model which actually led me to this web page. I'm a regular at Concept Music here in Perth and saw one. It really blew me away with its modern styling and take on a real classic design. I'm heading in on saturday to have a play on it. Your thoughts would be appreciated Thanks Jp |
