Its hard to say because people like different things about pickups, The Super 58 was basically a Gibson pickup with 4 conductors. The Super 70 was a standard medium output pickup, Nothing special but so many people love this sound because it is not so distorted. The V2 was a copy of teh Dimarzio Super Distortion and Ibanez did get in Trouble for this, Note that any two coil cream pickup (Other than Carvin) is trademaeked from Dimarzio, How ever they got this trademark to pass I have no idea since on may Lespauls when you pull the cover they had sometimes two cream, One Black and one cream, It seems they ran out of Black Plastic in the 50's at Gibson.
