I have an Ibanez 882. It has a twisted neck and I was wondering if there is anything I can do to take care of this problem.
Thank you.

Sometimes, a neck can be straightened with a little heat. I don't recommend trying this yourself. Have a luthier look at it.

Hi Bman

Replacement neck ?
Search for it on ebay, sometimes they offered some "project" guitars from the sixties.
Use Keyword: project, 60`s, japan, japanese

Note:
There are some sublabels from original 60`s Ibanez Guitars offered. Same size and construction.

Have fun !

Hasy, How bad is it?

Is it totally unplayable, or could a Fretjob due the trick, The Heat method was used by Aria, The system on this I actually goty very good at, Its a tricky process, and it takes about 8 hours or clamp tightening and truss rod adjusting. The trick is that you reset the truss rod rod while the glue is soft, But always you need a refret when you are done anyway.
