NEW? ATK305NT??? Not ATK405NT? As far as I followed these ATK basses, the successor of the ash ATK305, was the agathis ATK405, but then I stopped playing the bass, because of a hand injury. Be sure it's an ash body, and if it is, grab it. There is one tricky thing about these basses and that's the electric circuit. It's quite complicated. If it gets broken, you will have high cost. But the axe is fantastic. FM (flame maple) is always beautiful, and BTBs are very nice too. My advice: go to an Ibanez dealer, plug them in a Ibanez Soundwave SW65 and compare them all on the same amp with the same settings and trust nothing but your own ears. Ginger |
