They are made from a selected birch top with a mahogany body and a hard laminated fretless neck. All these Fender copies had the spagetti logo on them and were made between 1974 till the end of 1976. Jchester, looks like the seller has a Fender strat for sale as well...look at the pictures again. I'd ask for a picture of the back of the bass if I were you, because it could show ugly buckle wear. Yes, Ginger, this guy is sure going to a lot of trouble NOT to show the back of it. I have no interest in it other than curiosity. "It is an Ibanez Fretless base. The picture is the correct one for this guitar. I had to stop and wonder for a second did I mix up the pics some how. But upon review I am certain that is the corrrect pic. This is the actual sale item." You would think he would know by looking at the bass itself huh?
